As the end of anti bullying week approaches, we’ve been exceptionally busy. Ending our week at GEMS Wellington Academy Al Khail was a highlight but just because the week ends, doesn’t mean our work ends.

The fight against cyberbullying is a real one, one that is going to take time. We refer to it as a virus as it’s spreading, in many cases uncontrollably because we are not thinking about what we say, post and share online. Our children are getting involved in cases of cyberbullying without even realising sometimes. A lack of understanding and awareness from parents also means they can’t be the ones to help.

With that in mind, our work carries on and we would like to invite you to a morning that our friends at The Brain Workshop are holding on the 29th November. It’s our pleasure to share the roster with Dr Shamineh Shaheem from Bolt Down on Bullying and communicate our messages regarding offline and online bullying.

For more information, just click on the link at the bottom of this post and make sure you call the number at the top of the page to book your space. We have a room at the Change Initiative but it’s filling up fast. The agenda will be as follows, so is just a morning of your time. It will be worth it, I can promise you.
